- Ngome Holding House is situated along TRA Road, Kijitonyama Area, few metres from the junctions of Shekilango and TRA Road. The building comprises of Seven (7) floors of Office Space and Roof Terrace.
- Ngome Holding Group Limited now invites sealed bids from reputable companies for provision of the following services:

Bidders may bid for one or more Lots but in each case, bidders must quote for all items and quantities specified in each lot. Partial bids will not be accepted.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain the Bidding Document at the office of NGOME HOLDING GROUP LIMITED, 2ND FLOOR, NGOME HOLDING HOUSE, P.O. Box 35923 Dar es Salaam from 8:30 to 16:00 Hours Local Time on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public Holidays.
- A complete set of the bidding Document in English may be purchased by inte rested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TSHS. 100,000 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be cash or bankers draft in the name of ‘NGOME HOLDING GROUP LIMITED’
- All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, enclosed in plain wax sealed envelopes must be delivered by hand so as to reach the offices of THE CHAIRMAN, NGOME HOLDING GROUP LIMITED, P.O. Box 35923, Dar es Salaam before the deadline for the submission of bids.
- The deadline for the submission of bids is 14:00 Hours Local Time on Thursday, 2nd September, 2021. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the offices of NGOME HOLDING GROUP LIMITED, 2ND FLOOR, NGOME HOLDING HOUSE, Dar es Salaam at 14:00 Hours Local Time on Thursday 2nd September, 2021. The outer cover shall indicate Lot Number clearly marked “TENDER NO 1 OF 2021 FOR PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES TO NGOME HOLDING HOUSE NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 14:00 PM ON THURSDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER, 2021
