- Telegraph faxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid document shall not be accepted

- The winner of the tender must be able to deposit 25% of the bid price 3 days after being declared and notified the successful winner of the tender. He must be able to pay the remaining 75% within 14 days from the award letter
- If the successful winner fails to pay the remaining of the bid within the specified 14 days after the award letter the deposited amount will be forfeited and the property resold by new tender after fresh notification
