TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF NEW VARIOUS PARTS & USED COMPUTER ACCESSORIES
Interested bidder may verify/check the items from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Mantra Tanzania
premises in Dar es Salaam Plot 4A Nyerere road, from 8th December to 14th December 2021.
Special Conditions;
1. A successful bidder will be required to pay full amount of bid price within five working days of announcement of success; otherwise the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity.
2. All bids in its original letter and enclosed in plain sealed envelope must be delivered to the reception of Mantrac Tanzania Ltd from 8th December to 15th December 2021 between 9:00am to 4:00 pm.
3. The Bidder should provide his/her name in full, TIN number and accessible telephone number(s).
4. Late bids, portion of bidsAC (i.e. purchase of the mentioned items), electronic bids and bids not received on time will not be considered.
5. All bids should be accompanied by a cheque worth 10% of the lot bid value.
6. Mantrac is not bound to accept the highest bid.
7. The envelope should be properly sealed and marked as prescribed below.
