FOR PURCHASE OF TWO PETROL FILLING STATIONS AND A RESIDENCIAL HOUSE
Pursuant to instructions given to us by our Principal CRDB BANK PLC of Head Office/ Azikiwe Street P.O. Box 268 Dar Es Salaam Tanzania, we hereby notify the general public that we shall sell by Ten der, th e Ban k’s mortgaged properties the detail s of which are described herein below: –
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. Interested tenderers are advised to get further information of properties for sale from the office of ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED located at House #53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street Makumbusho Area Opposite Mesuma Hotel P.O.Box 40616 Dar Es Salaam.
2. Inspection and search reports of the properties are to be conducted by interested tenderers before submission of the bids for purchase of the properties.
3. Deadline for submission of the bid documents shall be 22nd September, 2021 at 10.30 AM.
4. Tenders shall be opened at office of ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED located at House# 53 Plot No.151 Block 45C Kijitonyama Kumbukamwe Street Makumbusho area opp. Mesuma Hotel, P.O.Box 40616 Dar Es Salaam on Saturday 22nd September, 2021 at 11.00 AM in front of all tenderers.
5. Telegraph, raxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid documents shall not be accepted.
6. Bid Documents should be in plain envelope with the outer cover clearly marked “TENDER NO.MMW/AAM/CRDB/01/2021 FOR PURCHASE OF TWO PETROL FILLING STATIONS AND A RESIDENCIAL HOUSE stating Lot Number addressed and delivered to ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED office located at House #53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street Makumbusho area, P.o .Box 40616 Dar Es Salaam.
7. The winner of the tender must be able to either pay bid amount in full or at least 25% of the bid price
within 3 days after being declared and notified the successful winner of the tender. The remaining balance must be paid within fourteen (14) days after payment of the first installment.
8. If the successful winner fails to pay the remaining balance of the bid amount within the specified fourteen days, the deposited amount will be forfeited and the property resold by new tender after fresh notification.
9. The Properties are sold on ‘as and where is’ basis
