REFURBISHMENT OF THE PROPOSED TIB RASILIMALI LTD OFFICES UNDER DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT
INVITATION FOR TENDER
1. TIB Rasilimali Limited has set aside funds for procurement of goods, works, consultancy and non-consultancy. It intends to apply the» funds to make payments under the contracts for Refurbishment of the Proposed TIB Rasllimali Ltd Offices along Ohlo Street in Dar es Salaam under Design and Build Contract.
2. TIB Development Bank Limited on behalf of TIB Rasllimall Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible class VI and above contractors r991stemd with Contractors Registration Board (CR8) of Tanzania for carrying out the Refurbishment of the Proposed TIB Rasilimall limited Offices dong Ohio Street In Dar es Salaam under Design and Build Contract.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulation, 2013 GN. No. 446 and the Public Procurement (amended) Regulations, GN. No. 333 of 2016 and is open to Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated’ In the Tender Data Sheet.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary T18 Development Bank United Tender Board, PO. Box 9373, HQ offices located at Mlimani City Office Park, Building No.3 from 0830hrs to 1600hrs on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application letter to the address given below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of1ZS 100,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). Payment should be made at any TIB Corporate Bank Ltd Branches i. e. Mlimani City and Samora Avenue In Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Arusha and Mwanza branches, NC No 005600000100001 A/C Name TIB Development Bank Limited.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All Tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Tender for Refurbishment of the Proposed TIB Rasilimali Ltd Offices along Ohio Street in Dar es Salaam under Design and Build Contract”, must be delivered to the Secretary, T18 Development Bank Limited Tender Board, Mlimani City, Building No. 3, Sam Nujoma Road, Dar Es Salaam on or before 29th October 2019 at 1100Hrs.
8. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
