REQUEST FOR TENDER
Removal of Scrap, and Waste Oils and Grease for Offsite Recycling/Disposal
North Mara Gold Mine, a fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, which is ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requests the submission of Tenders from reputable, experienced, certified, and qualified parties to Provide the following services:
Collection, Transportation and Offsite Recycling/Disposal of Scrap Materials, and Waste Oils and Grease
Pre-qualification Criteria
(1) Collector must be registered by NEMC/Vice President’s Office as approved scrap/waste materials and waste oils & grease collector in mainland Tanzania
(2) Valid permits from NEMC/Vice President’s Office to collect, transport and recycle waste/scrap materials and waste oils & grease
(3) Availability of Collector’s machinery and equipment — Means of Collection, Transportation and Disposal
(4) Safety and Environmental Compliance – Site based EHS personnel, OSHA Compliance Certificate
(5) A minimum of 5 years’ experience and references for similar services rendered at any mine sites
(6) Local Content Compliance

if your company meets the pre-qualification criteria and would like to be considered to receive the invitation to tender (ITT), an expression of interest (EOI) including your company profile and evidence of compliance with pre-qualification criteria may be submitted to [email protected].
Applicants must quote the reference “NM Scrap, and Waste Oils and Grease Removal” in the subject line of the email.
NB: The Company reserves the night to invite any other supplier(s) who did not submit an EOI through thus advertisement.
