TENDER FOR SALE OF USED GENERATOR
UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office invites interested bidders for the sale of the following used generator:
Brand: FG Wilson
Model: PEP 25 150KVA
Engine: Perkins
Rating: 150 KVA
Canopy: Sound Attenuated Canopy
Accessories: Automatic Change Over Switch – ATI 250, Static Battery Charger
Status: Working in good condition
The generator may be viewed at the UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office compound, 59 Mtwara Crescent, Oysterbay during the working hours from 09:00 – 12:00 Hours from 25/10/2021 -02/11/2021. A viewing appointment should be made by contacting Ms. Lilian Bujimu on Mobile 0766 603 461 or Mr. Leonard Kisenha on 0754 288 391. The tender conditions are as follows:
1) The generator will be sold “as-is where-is” basis without any warrantee whatsoever.
2) The bid shall be valid for a period of 8 (eight) working days.
3) The minimum selling price of the generator is TZS 30,000,000
4) The opening of the bid shall take place on 03/11/2021 at 10:00AM at UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office meeting room in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
5) The successful bidder/s shall pay full tender amount within 48 hours from the notification of award. Payment shall be by bank transfer to UNESCO account in Dar es Salaam and a transfer confirmation document must be provided to UNESCO.
6) The bidder/s determined to be winner of the bid shall execute the contract agreement for the sale of used generator with UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office within seven (07) calendar days of the notification of that effect.
7) UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office reserves the right to reject the bid in total or partially and will not be under any obligation to accept any of the bids received.
Tender must be submitted to UNESCO Dar es Salaam Office by indicating the offer amount and currency both in figure and in word on or before the deadline date of 02/11/2021 before 2:00 PM in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
