FOR SUPPLY AND FITTING OF OFFICE FURNITURE
INVITATION FOR TENDER
1.This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice that appeared in Tender portal Website on 30th September, 2019.
2. National Housing Corporation has funds for its operations during the financial year 2019/2020 and it is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply and fitting of office furniture
3. National Housing Corporation now invites sealed Tenders from eligible furniture Manufactures within the country to submit bids for Supply and fitting of Furniture for NHC Offices with scope of supply as described in the schedule of requirement and as summarized in the table below:

4, Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect documents from the office of Secretary, Tender Board. National Housing Corporation, KAMBARAGE HOUSE, PO. Box 2977, Dar es Salaam 4th floor form 9:00 Hours to 15:30 Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000/= (Tanzania Shillings Fifty Thousands Only).
6. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Securing Declaration in 4 the format provided in the Tendering Documents
7. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address: Secretary ~Tender Board, National Housing Corporation, KAMBARAGE HOPUSE, PO Box 2977, Plot No. 1 (4th Floor) Ufukoni Street, Ally Hassan Mwinyi Road, Upanga Dar es Salaam at or before 14:00 Hours Local Time on Wednesday 4th December, 2019.
8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
