SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL POWER BACKUP GENERATOR SECURITY AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FURNISH OF DATA ROOM

INVITATION TO TENDER

1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in UNDB Online dated 30^th November 2017 and on African Development Bank Groups Internet Website
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the ADB in various currencies towards the cost of institutional support project for the domestic resources mobilization and natural  resources governance and intends to apply part for the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for supply and installation of electrical power backup generator security and equipment for data room  lot 1,2,3 & 4
3. The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation on behalf of Petroleum Upstream Regulatory now invites sealed bids from
   eligible bidders for the services  supply and installation of electrical power backup generator security and equipment for data room  lot 1,2,3 & 4 as specific  below

Bidders can either bid in all lots or specific lot

More details items indicated in section VI of schedule of requirements

• Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations

5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect
   the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board located at TPDC head office, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers, Tower “A” Jamhuri/Azikiwe Streets, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, room number 609, 6th on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be
   purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of the written application to the ManginG Director, TPDC, P.O.  BOX 2774 Dar es Salaam and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee amount of 100,000.00 TZS. Interested bidder is required to obtain a payment control number from the office of Manager REVENUE, TPDC LOCATED AT Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Tower A, Azikiwe Street Dar es Salaam Room No 402.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format
   provided in the Tendering Documents.
8. All tender in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in enclosed sealed envelopes use either be delivered by hand and deposit in the tender box located at room no 401 in on the 4^th Floor at TPDC Head Office situated at Benjamin Mkapa Pension Tower A Plot No 23/90/-23/92 Azikiwe Jamuhuri Street Tanzania or be sent by mail or courier service to the Managing Director Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation P.O. BOX 2774 Dar es salaam.
9. The deadline for the  submission of tender is 11:00 HRS 22^nd October 2020 Tenders Will Be Open Hereafter In Public  In The Presence Of The Tenders Representatives Who Choose To Attend At The Opening Ceremony AT TPDC Board Room On The 6^th Floor Umber 601 Located at TPDC  Benjamin Mkapa Tower the outer cover shall be clearly marked tender number ISP-RDM-NRG/TZ/AFDB/G09/NCB/2020 with the name of specific  lot not bto be opened before 11:00 HRS ON 22 OCTOBER 2020
10. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Tenders not submitted, not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
