INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

- This Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) follows the General Procurement Notice for the National Health Insurance Fund for the 2018/2019 financial year that appeared in the Fund website dated 05th July, 2018.
- The National Health Insurance Fund has set aside funds for the operation for the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment for Supply and Installation of Security Systems of NHIF Motor Vehicles.
- You are hereby invited to submit your priced quotation for the provision of the services as described in the Statement of Requirement (SoR) and Prices as detailed in Section II.
- A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be collected by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application letter from the office of the Procurement Unit.
- All quotations in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Supply and Installation of Security Systems of NHIF Motor Vehicles”, must be delivered to the National Health Insurance Fund, Kurasini BenderaTatu, Block “D”, Procurement Unit Office at or before 10:00 local hours on Monday 01st April, 2019.
- Deadline for submission will be on Monday 01st April, 2019 at 10:00 hours local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the PMU Board Room.
- Late, partial and electronic quotations, and quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
