NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERS
FOR
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SYSTEMS TO THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PAPU HOUSE AT ARUSHA
1.The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) in Joint Venture with Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) has set aside funds to meet eligible payments under the contract for construction of sixteen storeys Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) in Arusha. The building will comprise of one (1) level basement, ground, sixteen upper floors for offices, and Conference Centre and Commercial spaces for shops, banks and restaurants totalling to approximately 22,000 square metres.
2. The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors registered in Class One to submit price for the following tenders:

3. Tendering will be conducted through national Competitive tendering Procedure specified in the Public Procurement (Goods, Works, Non Consultant Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No 446 and is open to all eligible tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, TCRA Tender Board from 9:00am to 3.00pm 0” Mondays to Fridays inclusive, except on Public Holidays at the:

5. Tendering Documents may be collected by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above, and upon payment of non-refundable TZS. 100,000.00 (Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). Payment should be made to Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tender Document.
7. All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Secretary of T e n d e r Board, TCRA Mawasiliano Towers; 5‘h Floor, Room 510. The outer cover shall be clearly marked the Tender Number and Description. The deadline for submission of tenders is at 11.00 am on Wednesday 20th November, 2019.
8. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the opening at TCRA conference room Mawasiliano Towers.
9. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
