TENDER NO SMZ/PBZ/ATM/NCB/2020/G/16

FOR

SUPPLY OF ATMs

1. This invitation follows the general procurement notice issue no 1/2020 for this project appeared in Zanzibar Leo News paper and Daily News dated 18.03.2020
2. The PBZ Limited has a set aside fund during the financial year 2020. Its intend that part of the proceeds of the fund will used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the tender no SMZ/PBZ/ATM/NCB/2020/G/16
3. The PBZ Limited now invites sealed tender for eligible National Suppliers for the supply of ATMs
4. Tendering will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the public procurement and disposal  of public asset act no 11 of 2016 section 66(1) and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
5. Interested eligible tenders’ may obtain further information from and inspect tendering document at the office of the secretary of tender board PMU Office mpiran second floor from 9:30 – 15:30 hours on Mondays to Friday except on public holidays
6. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5  above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 200,000/= . payment should either by Cash, Bankers Draft or Bankers Cheque payable to the bank tender committee fees account number 2010179510
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering document
8. All tenders in one original and 2 properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address secretary of tender board PMU Office – Mpiran, 2^nd floor at or before 14:00 hours 17^th August 2020 . tenders will be opened at 14:30 in public and presence of the tenders representatives who choose to attend  in the opening at the conference  room Islamic bank head office – Mpiran Zanzibar insurance Head Quarter Building
9. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
