SUPPLY, INSTALL, TEST AND COMMISSION OF CCTV CAMERA AT TCB TANGA WAREHOUSE

To: ALL SUPPLIERS
- The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the TANZANIA COFFEE BOARD (TCB) during the financial year 2020-2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
- Interested TANePS registered bidders are invited to obtain and submit their price quotation for supply, Install, Test and commission CCTV Camera at Tanzania Coffee Board Warehouse- Tanga as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II from Bid Document.
- Bidding will be conducted through TANePS, all participants are requested to register in TANePS and thereafter shall pay participation fee by obtain control number and pay to PPRA.
- Interested part shall organize by his own cost to visit site from Friday 23rd April to 10th May 2021, time 9:00AM – 03:00 PM, Except on public holidays.
- All quotations must be delivered online (TANePS).
- Deadline for submission will be on 18th May,2021 at 10:00 am. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter online.
- Late quotations, portion of quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
