Invitation for Tenders
Date 14 February 2020
- The United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the African Development and Global Agriculture and food security towards the cost of Tanzania Invites for Preventing Aflatoxin Contamination and it intends to apply parts for supply, installation and commissioning of analytical laboratory equipment and accessories for TANIPA Project
- The ministry now invites sealed tenders from eligible National Suppliers of Analytical Laboratory Equipment and Accessories for TANIPA Project
- Tendering will be conducted though the national competitive bidding procedures specified in the public procurement regulations 2013 government notice 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Located at the UNIVERSITY OF Dodoma, School of Humanities, Block No. 9 Ground Floor Room No 1 121 from 9 – 15: 30 Hours on Monday to Friday inclusive except public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of the tzs 100,000/= Payment should be by government electronic Gateway(GEPG) payable to the permanent secretary ministry of agriculture P. O. BOX 2182,40487 DODOMA TANZANIA
- All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in an acceptable form (bank guarantee) amounting 30,000,000
- All tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Agriculture, P.O. BOX 2182, 40487 DODOMA –TANZANIA at or before 14:00 hours on Monday 16th March 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the University of Dodoma, School of Humanities Block 9 ground floor room no 1 121
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders tenders not received tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
