- The government of Tanzania has received financing from the world bank toward the cost of the ACCELERATING SOLAR WATER PUMPING VIA INNOVATE FINANCING project and intends to apply part of the proceed toward payment under the contracts for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR PV SYSTEM FOR COMMUNITY FACILITIES (NCBS & 1-1)
- The TIB Development Bank now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR PV SYSTEM FOR COMMUNITY FACILITIES (NCBS & 1-1) with 4 years after sales services contract. In this second biding phase approximately 44 solar PV Pumps will be installed in two lots in shinyanga, Tabora and Mtwara Regions. The total size of both lots is approximately 397 KWP
LOT 1: Shinyanga & Tabora 23 sites 229kWp
Lot 2: Mtwara 21 Sites 168kWp
- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a request of bids as specified in the world bank procurement regulations of IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information firms TIB Development bank and inspect the bidding document during the office HRS 9:00 – 16:30 at the address below
- The bidding document in English may be secured by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and registration of particulars as a bidder for this RfB for any future notification. The document will be sent by email no hard copies will be issued
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8th June 2020 in DSM. The final date for pre-bid question and clarification shall be 14 days before the bid submission deadline
- Bids must deliver to the address below at or before 13 July 2020 electronic bidding will not be permitted, late bidding will be rejected bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address on 13 July 20220 immediately after the bid closing
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security
