SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING  OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

1. Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Co LTD is bulk storage facility for petroleum products with its shares divides equality between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energy’s SA The company office is located Kigamboni Industrial area depot site plot 1 Dar s Salaam – Tanzania
2. TIPER Now invites via National competitive Bidding sealed tenders from eligible electrical contractors registered class iv and above with the contractors registration board for Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning  Of Electrical System
3. Your  hereby invites to submit your price tender for  Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning  Of Electrical System as described I the schedule of quantities and price
4. All bids properly filled and hard copies enclosed in plain envelopes in one original plus one copy properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes marked tender no TENDER NO TP/07/2020/ICB/G/005 FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. All bidding documents must be delivered physical to Tanzania International Petroleum Reserve Limited, P.O. BOX 2608 Kigamboni Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of tender will be 10:30 local time on 13th October 2020
5. A complete set of tendering document in English can be obtained at a procurement office TIPER kigambon depot industrial area
6. Interested and eligible bidders may request electronic copy of tender document AT THE  Procurement office Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Limited Kigambon Depot  Industrial area application letter should be attached with certified copies of CRB Registered certificates and  sent to  the following emails [email protected]
7. All tender in one original and copy respectively are enclosed in a single envelop must be addressed and delivered o the Tender Committee Secretary, Tanzania International Petroleum Reservation Ltd, P.O. BOX 2608 Kigamboni Dar es Salaam electronic copies should be submitted in a flash drive sealed in the copy envelope
8. Bidders must attend pre- bidding meeting and visit site, site visiting will be conducted on 5^th October 2020 from 10:30 to 11:30 hrs
9. During the site visit all tenders will be required to come with their own PPE which means TIPER Standards, this include as a minimum face mask, steel toe safety boots, cotton overcoat or overall and hard  hat(work element) tenderers without the PPE and those with static reflective will not be allowed onto site
10. Late bids and portion of bids will not be considered for the evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
11. TIPER reserves the rights to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid
