Supply of 30 real time Earth Software for planning and designing
1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice which appeared in PPRA Portal on 30th August, 2019.
2. The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) has set aside funds for its operations during financial year 2019/2020 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued. .
3. TANESCO now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers for Supply of 3D real time Earth Software for printing and designing.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 read together with Public Procurement Amendment Regulation. 2016 Government Notice No. 333
5. The scope of supply will involve Supply of 3D real time Earth Software for planning and Designing at Dar es salanm and Coast Zone
6. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Delegated Zone Tender Board, TANESCO DSM & COAST Zone P.0. Box 2233 Dar es Salaam. Telephone No. +255 22 2133332 from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
7. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 6 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 125. 100,000.00 Plus 18% VAT or equivalent Payment should be made through TANESCO Bank account.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
9. All tenders in one original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked TENDER No.PA/001/2019-20/DZN/G/39 for Supply of 30 real time Earth Software for planning and Designing NOT 1‘0 BE OPENED BEFORE 14:30 HOURS LOCAL TIME ON 31st December. 20I9 must be delivered to the address: Secretary Delegated Zonal Tender Board, TANESCODSM & COAST Zone Ministry of Energy und Mineral SAMORA AVENUE P.0. Box 2233 Dar es Salaam. Telephone No. +255 22 2133332. at or before ” 30 hour: (Local time) on Thursday 31 December 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tendere representatives who choose to attend in the opening Ceremony at TANESCO Zonal (The ministry of Energy and Minerals Building. Fourth floor, Room No. 414.
10. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders. [Electronic Tenders. Tenders not received. Tenders not opened and not tend out in public II the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
