Invitation for Tenders
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in Daily News Issue no. 976510002 dated 1st July 2019.
Marine Services Company Limited has set aside funds during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the supply of Gas Oil (Diesel) and Lubricants at Mwanza and Kigoma branches.
Marine Services Company Limited now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers as described

Tendering will be conducted through the National competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Purchasing & Supplies Manager-Mwanza South Port from 09:00 am to 16:00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.

A complete set of Tendering Documents in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as described in paragraph 3. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque. payable to the Goods Agents Office (Mwanza South Port), Passenger Agent (Mwanza North Port)
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in plain envelopes must be delivered to:

On 12th September 2019 at 1400hrs, tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the TPA conference room-Mwanza North Port.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders. Tenders not received. Tender not opened. and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
