INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Meteorological Agency during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.
The fee for the quotation is Tshs 30 ,000/= (Tanzania Shillings Thirty Hundred Only).
All quotations in one original plus one copies,proper1y filled 1n, and enclosed 1n plain envelopes marked SUPPLY 0F MOTORCYCLES FOR TMA AGROMET STATIONS must be delivered to the Tanzania Meteorological Agency procurement office Room N umber 310, 3rd floor, Ubungo Plaza, PO. Box 3056, Dar es Salaam.
Deadline for submission Will be on Friday .17th May 2019 at 13:30 hour’s local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter it] public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanzania Meteorological Agency 1Conference Room 3rd floor, ‘ Ubungo Plaza Morogoro Road.
Late quotations, portion of quotations,e1ecttonic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances:
