SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT
1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which appeared in www.taneps.go.tz. Dated 24 October 2019.
2. The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the MJNUAT during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Office Furniture and Office Equipment. ‘
3. The Mwalimu Julius K. Nyerere University of Agriculture and Technology now invites sealed tenders from eligible national Suppliers for Supply of Office Furniture and Office Equipment.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Goods, Works, Non-Consultant Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulations, 2013 -Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016.

6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English Language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 1S0.000/=. 7. Bids must be collected from the above-mentioned office address from 11th November 2019 and returning the books will be on 02nd December 2019 from 07:30 to 15:00.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives. who choose to attend at the address indicated above on 03rd December 2019 at 10:00 am.
9. Cost of Bid; The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the bid and the procuring entity will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs. regardless of the conduct or outcome of the solicitation.
