TENDER: SUPPLY OF PIPES AND FITTINGS FOR WATER NETWORK EXTENSION AT MKONGORO II IN KIGOMA DISTRICT COUNCIL.
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency Kigoma Region (RUWASA) during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Pipes and Fittings for water network Extension at Mkongoro II in Kigoma District council.
The Kigoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority now invites sealed tenders from eligible, qualified and registered suppliers.
Tendering will be conducted though the National Competitive tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.

A complete set of Tendering Document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 150,000.00. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to The Managing Director. Kigoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration/security in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All tenders in on: original plus Three (3) copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered by the address

Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tendon not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in Public at the lender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
