SUPPLY OF PROSTHETIC AND ORTHOTIC MATERIALS, DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT FROM MANUFACTURERS/ AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTORS USING FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
Medical Stores Department under the Ministry 01 Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children has set aside Special funds for the Procurement of Prosthetic and Orthotic Materials, Devices and Equipment from Manufacturers/ Authorized Distributors using Framewmk agreement during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Prosthetic and Orthotic Materials, Devices and Equipment from Manufacturers/ Authorized Distributors using Framework Agreement under tender No: lE-009/2018/19/HQ/G/SP/83.
The Medical Stores Department under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for Supply of Prosthetic and Orthotic Materials, Devices and Equipment from Manufacturers/ Authorised Distributors using Framewmk Agreement.
Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and its amendment of 2016Govemment Notice No. 333 and are open to all Tenderers as defmed in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, MSD Tender Board, off Nyerere Road, Keko Mwanga P. 0. Box 9081, Dar es Salaam from 4th July, 2019 at 8.00 to 15.30 Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document in English may be purchased by a bidder upon submission of the written application to the Director General, Medical Stores Department, Off Nyerere Road, R0. Box 9081 Dar es Salaam and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 50 or Tshs 110,000.00. Payment should be through bank (extra charge of USD 25 as bank transfer charges should be added to the fee). Bidder should state company name in the receipt.
