Quotation No: PA/146/2018-19/HQ/G/13 for Supply of Testing and Lifting Equipment
INVITATION FOR QUOTATION
This Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) follows the General Procurement Notice for the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Construction and Maintenance Company Limited for the 2018/19 financial year that appeared In the Procurement Journal of 3rd August, 2018.
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Construction and Maintenance Company Limited during the financial year 2018 19. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section ll.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Secretary ETDCO Tender Board located at house No. 21, Mwai Kibaki road, PO. Box 31532, Dar es Salaam, Telephone (255) 687 104 353 from 09. 00hours to 16. 30hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
All quotations must be accompanied with a Tender Securing Declaration In the format provided In the tender document.
The successful bidder Will be required to submit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract price in the form of bank guarantee from reputable bank.
All quotations in one original plus three copies, properly tilled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked Quotation No. PA/146/2018-19/HQ/G/13 FOR SUPPLY OF TESTING AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT must be delivered to the SECRETARY -ETDCO TENDER BOARD, PO. BOX 31 532, DAR ES SALAAM to reach her on or before 27th May, 2019 at 10.30 hours at ETDCO offices located at Block II, House No. 21, Mwai Kibaki Road.
Deadline for submission will be on 27th May, 2019 at 10.30 hours local time. Quotations will be opened Promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the ETDCO conference room Block Ill located at Plot No. 21 Mwai Kibaki Road.
Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
