SUPPLY OF TURBINE COMPRESSOR WATER WASH DETERGENTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT AT KINYEREZI I GAS POWER PLANT

1. The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO)has set aside funds for its operations during financial year 2018-19 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. TANESCO now invites sealed tendersfor Supply of Turbine Compressor Water Wash Detergents under Framework Contract at Kinyerezi Gas I Power Plant.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 read together with Public Procurement (Amendments) Act and Regulation of 2016.
4. This tender must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Document.
5. Tender to be in one (1) original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelope written Tender No. PA/001/2018-19/HQ/G/20 for Supply of Turbine Compressor Water Wash Detergents Under Framework Contract at Kinyerezi I Gas Plant must be delivered to the Secretary Tender Board, TANESCO Office, Ground Floor, room number G. 04, Umeme Park Building, Ubungo Area – Morogoro Road, P.O Box 9024 Dar Es Salaam, Telephone No. +255-782-376147 on or before 20th March, 2019 at 10:30 local hours.Tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderer representatives who choose to attend in the opening Ceremony at the TANESCO Conference Room, located at Ground Floor TANESCO Office, Umeme Park Building – Ubungo Area, Morogoro Road, Dar Es Salaam.
6. Late Tender, Portion of Tender, Electronic Tender, Tender not received, Tender not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
