Please be informed that Advertisement of the above mentioned tender which appeared in the Daily Newspaper on Friday, 17th May, 2019 for Lake Zone erroneously indicated under items no. 5 that, Bidders are free to bid for any Lot or Combination of Lots Lot 1: Lot 4: Lake Zone Office and Lot 5: Mara Region, 6. Evaluation and award will be per Lot; however, the award for each bidder shall be one lot or more than one lots on the following items

The award will be per item to successful bidders whose bids will be found to be the
lowest evaluated. In complete or partial bids submitted by the bidder will be rejected.
Now it is hereby amended to read ‘‘items:
5.The scope of Supply will involve Supply of various Working Tools in Lot
whereby bidders are free to bid for a complete lot or Individual items for
LOT: 4 LAKE ZONE OFFICE
6. Evaluation and award will be per LOT or Item; however, the award for each bidder shall be One Lot or Individual items on the above Items.
7. The award will be per lot or item to successful bidders whose bids will be found to be the lowest evaluated. In-complete or partial bids submitted by the bidder will be rejected.
