INVITATION FOR QUATATION

1. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology bas received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP). and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II
3. All quotations in one original plus Two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation for the Supply, installation, and Commissioning of Video Conferencing for NACTE” must be delivered to the Executive Secretary, the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE), Plot No, 719/1/4, Mikocheni Light Industrial Area, P.O, Box 7109, Dar es Salaam, TANZANIA.
4. The Quotations shall be valid for 60 days
5. The required delivery period is 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order.
6 Deadline for submission will be on 10:00 local time on 20 May, 2021 Quotations will be opened Promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Government City, Mtumba Area, Afya Street at Conference Room No. 22
7 Late quotations. portion of quotations, electronic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotations opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
