WVT has a set aside fund for the operations of the organization during the financial year 2020/2021. Its intended that part of the proceed of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract
The WVT head office now intends to identify and enlist reputable and registered supplies and service providers of the following

A2: Service of standby generator – location country wide
A3: service and maintenance of ICT and telecommunication equipment’s – location country wide
A4: service and supply of fire protection equipment’s – location countrywide
A5: clearing and forwarding – location Arusha
A6: motor vehicle repairs & maintenance – Location Arusha
A7: Air ticketing agent – international and local
A8: video documentation and photographic – location countrywide
A9: printing service – location countrywide
A10: fumigation services – location countrywide
A11: cleaning gardening and landscaping – location
CATEGORY B
B1: Supply bee hives – location countrywide
B2: supply and service of office hygiene services – location Arusha
B3: supply of motor vehicle tires and batteries – location countrywide
B4: supplying of books for reading camp – location countrywide
B5: Supply of fuel – location countrywide
B6: supplying of office equipment’s (IT equipment’s, cartridges, toners) – location countrywide
B7: supplying of office stationery – location countrywide
NOTE countrywide refers to offices in the following location Kagera, Kigoma, Tabora, Tanga, Manyara, Arusha, Dar es salaa, Iringa, Dodoma, Singida and Mbeya

Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of the bidders epresentatives in Arusha Njiro, bidders are invited to attend in the conference room of the organization (TUMAIN HALL) at 10:00 local time of 29th July 2020.
