Introduction:
ICAP at Columbia University is a Non-Governmental Organization affiliated with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH) and registered in Tanzania as MSPH Tanzania LLC since February 2005 (SO No. 12987). ICAP has a long history of supporting various public health interventions in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Community Development,
Gender, Elderly, and Children (MoHCOGEC), the National AIDS Control Program (NACP), and the Prime Minister’s Office for Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG).
Beginning in October 2021, through a new 5-year cooperative agreement with PEPFAR funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), ICAP will be supporting comprehensive implementation of HIV prevention, testing, care and treatment, lab, and VMMC interventions at the community and facility level in Mwanza region in Tanzania. Named the FIKIA+ Project, this new initiative aims to accelerate, expand, and improve the quality of HIV prevention, care, and treatment in order to meet UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets in intervention districts
MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP now is looking for the reputable and registered organization to execute small-scale demand creation activities on voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) targeting 15 years and above men in Mwanza region.The organization will provide solution to data systems,servers,databases and dashboards in the mobile clinics and mobile pharmacies

1. Please clearly indicate lot numbers, failure to comply will disqualify your application.
2, The public tender opening will be made in presence of all bidders or their official representatives, we encourage all bidders to attend through zoom call and Zoom Call Link will be sent to all who applied only in advance of the meeting.
3. Bid documents will be sent to all the applicants via email address below upon request.
4. Bids not received and opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
5. The tender validity period is 07 days.
6. Selection criteria will be lowest price, technically evaluated and acceptable based on technical specifications and other criteria described above.
7. MSPH Tanzania reserve the rights to disqualify any offer based on failure to follow solicitation instructions.
8. MSPH reserves the rights to waive minor proposal deficiencies that cannot be corrected prior to award determination to promote competition
9, MSPH will be contacting all those that have submitted quotes to confirm contact person, address and that bid was submitted for this solicitation.
10. The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per MSPH Tanzania LLC — ICAP Procurement Guidelines.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Eligible suppliers meeting all stated requirements are requested to: –
a. Submit one application for each lot they are applying for. If a supplier is applying for two different lots, each lot should have a separate application document with supporting evidence specifically for that lot.
