The High Commission of India, Dar es Salaam invites bids from interested entities for work of
development of ramp and parking area in the front of the Chancery-cum-Residential building of the
High Commission of India Dar es Salaam.
2. The tender Document shall be available for collection by applicants from 08.07.2022 to
28.07.2022 upto 1500hrs from High Commission of India, Plot No. 213/51, Shaaban Robert Street,
P.O.Box 2684, Dar es Salaam, Tel. +255 22 2113094 Email: [email protected]. Tender can
also be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.in and Mission’s website: www.hcindiatz.gov.in.
3. Interested parties may visit the site to survey and ascertain the suitability and requirement of
the work during 08th – 22th July, 2022 with prior appointment. This would help the interested suppliers
to formulate their quotation. A prior appointment should be made with Administration Section of the
High Commission of India (Tel. No. +255-22-2113094/96/Extn. 212 / Mobile: +255688773661) for this
purpose.
4. The interested companies are required to submit their bids in a single sealed envelope
describing in detail the works to be done as well as the cost of items/permits etc. Since only broad
scope of work are listed in the tender, it is emphasized that detailed scope of work may be submitted
as this shall become basis for selection of the best option by the High Commission. The bids should be
valid for a period of four months from the date of the opening of bids.
5. The sealed envelope (Title: Price Quotation for Development of Ramp and Parking Area in
front of High Commission of India) should be submitted to the attention of the Head of Chancery,
High Commission of India, Dar es Salaam latest by 1500 hrs on 28.07.2022.
