- This Invitation for Tenders follows tne General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Tanzania National Electronic Procurement System iTANePSidated 1” July, 2022.
2. The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) during the financial year 2022/2023. It Is Intended that part o’ the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Hardware and Software.
3. The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (itRA)now invites tenders from eligibleSuppliers for Supply and Installation of Hardware and Software
4. Tendering will be conducted through re International Competitive tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013-Government Notice No. 446 es amended in 2016. and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
5. Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document through the national online procurement system-TANePS lvla link: www.taneps.sto.W. A complete set of tendering documentislin English may be accessed through TANePS.
6. Tenderers are required to register on the TANePS and pay tender participation fee indicated in the TANePS to be able to participate in this tendering process.
7. All fencers must be accompanied bye Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided Si the Tendering Documents.
8. All tenders must be properhi filled in and submitted through TANePS at or before Tuesday TPOecember, 2022, 0.00 a.m. East African Time. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through TANePS. Tender opening details will be available to the public through TANePS.
9. Tenders not received through TANePS shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
