  1. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received funds from the World Bank
    toward the cost of the Higher Education Economic Transformation (HEET) and intends to apply
    part of the proceeds for consulting services.
  2. The consulting services (the Services) includes Provision of consulting services for Developing
    automated Production modeling and Customer Experience through machine learning and artificial Intelligence technique Platform to embark on a business strategy that is designed to optimize return on investment, revenue, processing costs and increase customer satisfaction for estimated period of thirty (30) calendar days. This assignment intends to roll out an interactive Real Time to develop automated Production modeling and Customer Experience through machine learning and artificial
    Intelligence technique.
  3. The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) now invites eligible consulting firms (*Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services for Developing Automated Production modeling and Customer Experience through machine learning and artificial Intelligence technique Platform. Interested Consultant should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. Such information may include update detailed CVs duly signed, certified copies of academic and professional certificates, and description of similar assignments undertaken. For each assignment performed, the consultant shall provide the following: i) name and address of the client, ii) date of the execution.
  4. Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s
    Guidelines – Selection and Employment of Consultants by the World Bank Borrowers dated
    January 2011 (Revised July 2014). The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDACredits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011, revised July 2014 (*Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
  5. Interested and eligible consulting firm may obtain further information including detailed Terms of reference from the office of project coordinator HEETor Procurement Office HESLB

  6.
