The Kariakoo Markets Corporation has set aside funds for Procurement of non consultancy services during the financial year 2019/2020 as shown in the schedule below:

The Kariakoo Markets Corporation invites sealed Tenders from eligible Local Service providers for various services.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Tender Board Secretary. P.o. Box 15789. Dar es Salaam from 06:30am to 04:00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs. 100,000.00. Payment should be made under Government electronic Payment Gateway ( GePG ) by using Control Number generated by Kariakoo Market Corporation through Account number 23310008096 NMB Bank, Congo Branch and submit Pay in slip to the Procurement Office.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Tender Board Secretary. 19.0.80): 15789. Dar es Salaam. 1st floor, Room No. 005 at or before 10:00am.13th May, 2019.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers‘ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Kariakoo Market Corporation’s Board Room.
For tenders number PA/109/KMC/2019/2020/NC/08, PA/109/KMC/2019/2020/NC/O9 and PA/109/ KMC/2019/2020/NC/11 money should be collected by using electronic device machine. Service provider shall make sure that all money collected is submitted to KMC through Account number 23310008096 NMB Bank. Congo Branch end submit Pay in slip to the Finance Manager’s Office
Late Tenders. portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders, Tenders not received. and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
