The Board of MUROSOSANGI CJE LTD now invites sealed tenders from eligible Investor or Companies capable of carrying out farming crop activities i.e coffee, at Kibo and Kikafu Estates in Hai District consisting of 1804 acres for the period of 25years.
The Investor shall state the rental payment he is willing to pay per annum as stipulated in the tender document.
Any prospective bidder interested in viewing the land at Roo Ndoo Village, Romu Ward, Hai Dictrict Kilimanjaro Region, prior to the submission of an invitation to bid, can do so by malting arrangements through the Office of the MUROSOSANGI Ltd via the information below:
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from MUROSOSANGI LTD office and inspect the tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of MUROSOSANGI Ltd, P. O. BOX 907 Moshi, at Roo Ndoo Village. Romu Ward. Kibo and Kikafu farm office, in Hai District, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
An complete set of Tendering Documents in English, in hard copy and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenders on the submission of a written application letter to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five hundred thousand only (Tsh. 500;000/=) or its equivalent.
Payment should be deposited at Kilimanjaro Co-operative Bank Limited (KCBL) Account No.01202078 (MUROSOSANGI JVE)
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering documents.
All tenders in the original plus two copies, property fulled In and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address, ‘The Secretary, Murososangi JVE Ltd,’ P 0. Box 907, Moshi located at Kibo and Kikafu Estate Office in Roo Ndoo village. Romu Ward in Hai District before 10:00 am on 01/1212022.
Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter on 01/12/2022 at 12 noon, in public and in the presence of tenders or their respective representatives who choose to attend the opening at the office of MUROSOSANGI JVE LTD, located at KIBO and KIKAFU estate.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and tenders not received, tender not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
