1. This Nation for Bids follows that General Procurement Notice for tries Projects not appeared in the United Nations Development Business online, Notice number, 0P00142857 dated 17″ August. 2021

2. The Government of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Tanzania Project (OTP) and intends 10 apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract ‘for Upgrade of 488 existing cell towers, called 483 Lots from 2G to 3G, 4G and Above.

3. The Ministry of Information, Communication and information Technology (MICIT) through Project Implementation Unit (PIU) now invest sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for provision of Non -Consultancy Services for Upgrading of existing cell towers from 2G to 3G, 4G and Above. 4. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RF-B) specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations tor IPF Borrowers dated November, 2020 (Fourth Edition) (“Procurement Regulations’), and is open to all legible

6. A complete set of the bidding document in English is available to interested eligible Bidder upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand (TZS 100,000.00) or 4s equivalent
