Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vehicle Dispatcher, who will be based in Dar es Salaam,Kibaha and Mkuranga Tanzania. The Vehicle Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and ensuring that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and carried out as required. The Vehicle Dispatcher will also keep accurate records of all dispatches and ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and permit requirements
- Experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any related field
- Fluent in both English
