WFT Trust invites competent companies to submit tenders for printing of HerStory Commemorative Book(Our Story Our Journey).
- Expression of Interest:
Expression of interest are sought by WET-Trust from registered providers/publishing companies interested in providing services as outlined in this notice.
Companies should register their interest and submit relevant and comprehensive information and documentation showing that they have legal status i.e. Relevant registration certificates to provide such services.
The company should briefly demonstrate that they possess the required capability to carry out the tasks. The capability statement should include descriptions of similar assignments, qualifications, experience and provision of high-quality similar services to reputable organizations. Costs submission, availability of appropriate skills among staff and any other relevant information.
In order to be included in the pre-selection process, companies must furnish the information listed by the set deadline.
Applicants will be short listed based on qualifications, technical competencies, experience on similar services and the capacity to undertake similar assignment.
Only companies with demonstrated experience together with a track record in similar assignments with reputable organizations and meet the per-selection requirements will proceed to subsequent stages.

Please note the following:
- Existing service providers and suppliers of goods are eligible to tender;
- Any interested companies should be willing to provide services as and when required to provide services.
- The tender should indicate the charges/costs and mode of payment.
Tenders should be submitted together with all relevant documents not later than 16:30 hours on 25thJanuary 2023

WFT Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and it is not bound to provide any or whatsoever reason. Canvassing will result in automatic disqualification of the tender.
