CANCELLATION NOTICE FOR TENDER No. PA/150/2018/2019/W/02 FOR PRE- QUALIFICATIONS 0F BUILDINGS WORKS
This is in reference to the above mentioned tender which was advertised in Daily News dated 28/06/201 9. The Deadline for submission was 19/07/2019 at 14:30HRS.
The Company wishes to thank all bidders who spent their time to prepare and submit their applications within the deadline above.
However, the Company wishes to inform the public at large that due to unavoidable _ circumstances and administrative reasons, the Company hereby CANCELS the pre-qualif1cation process in accordance with the General Instructions to Applicants (GITA) clause 10.6(c) of the per-qualification document issued to all applicants in conjunction with regulation 16(1)(a) of GN No.446 of 2013(as amended 2016) of the public procurement regulations.
Any inconveniences caused due to the above cancellation is highly regretted.
