1. National WASH Behavior Change Communication Coordinator (Consultant)
Job purpose: The WASH Behavior Change Communication Coordinator is responsible for organizing the field level project implementation in project targeted schools. She/He is responsible for the formulation of WASH clubs, build the capacity of school WASH clubs, and work closely with the schools as well as government’s technical department to ensure project work is in line with their guidelines and compliance as well. She/He closely work with other project staff- WASH Engineer and Project Technician.
Required Qualifications: The candidates should have at least 5 years of similar experience with I/NGOs and government especially in rural Tanzania with graduate in Public health/Development Studies/Environmental Science or equivalent degree with focus on WASH. Solid working experience in water supply, sanitation and hygiene particularly focusing on WASH behavior change communications.

2. WASH Engineer-Consultant
Job purpose: The WASH Engineer (Consultant) is responsible for leading the field level project implementation, monitoring, and supervision of WASH infrastructure related activities in three targeted schools and organize WASH facility need assessment and prepare design estimation of other potential schools. She/he maintains a good relationship with schools and district authorities. She/He closely work with other project staff- WASH Behavior Change Communication Coordinator – Field coordination and support consultant and Project technician.

Required Qualifications: The candidates should have at least 5 years of similar experience with I/NGOs and government especially in rural Tanzania with graduate in Civil/environmental engineering with focus on WASH. Solid working experience in water supply, sanitation and hygiene particularly on detailed design, estimation, construction supervision and monitoring.
