Expression of Interest for Supply/ Provision of services
1. BACKGROUND
Tanzania Reinsurance Company Limited (TAN-RE) was established in line with Section 70 of the Insurance Act. No.18 of 1996.The Company was dully incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies Ordinance CAP.212 in 2002. TAN-RE has been registered to transact reinsurance business in respect of the following classes of business: all non- life insurance business including marine and aviation business, all life assurance business including pension business.
2. REQUIRED SERVICES
TAN-RE is seeking licensed service providers who are qualified and capable to provide the following services to its office and buildings located on Plots No.406 and 410, Longido Street, Upanga, Dar es Salaam.

The Company will use Open Tendering Method to identify potential Firms/ Companies to be engaged in the procurement of goods and provision of services.
3. SUBMISSION PROCESS
(i) Interested service provider should submit the following documents:
a. Company profile. Current list of corporate clients, testimonials
b. Valid company registration certificate, business licence,TIN Certificate and VAT registration as applicable, valid license authorizing the company to operate in respective business category
c. Recent performance contract for similar services
(ii) Vendors will be selected and prequalified based on submitted business profile that entail legal compliance, experience in the market, financial capacity, ability to meet future and current demand.
(ii) Sealed envelopes should be clearly marked LOT NO and DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE.
