This Invitation for Bids follows the TAZARA’s Amuse Material Requirement plan for the Provision of Security Services to Tanzania Cost and Predict Centre for the financial year 2621/2022.

Tanzania Zambia Railway Authority bas set aside funds from its operations during the financial year 2004/2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funded will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provisions of Security Services to Tanzania Cost Predict Centre for the tasectal year 2621/2022.

TAZARA Now have its Sealed Bids from eligible Potential Service provider for Security Services (Lat 1: Dar es Salaam area; at 2: Dar es salaam Workshops and Lot: 3: Mbeya area which are Mbeya Station area: Mbeya Workshops: Kongolo.Quarry and Concrete Sleeper Plant; Makambako Station area and Mlimba area.)
Bidding will be conducted through the National! Completive Method of which its procedures are specified in the TAZARA Procurement and Supplies Manual of November 201 1

Interested eligible Tender may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, TAZARA Regional Tender Board, Roam No. 122, P.O BOX 40160, Der es Salaam, Tanzania, only working hours from 08:30 to 16:00 HRS on Monday to Fridays inclusive except public holidays.

A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers om the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraphs 4 above and upon Payment of a non-refundable fees of Tshs. 100,000/=Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheques, payable to TAZARA Regional General Manager (T).

All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents.

All Tenders ii one original plus two copies, property filed in, and closed in plain envelopes clearly marked TENDER NO: TZR/TCPC/RTC2m2t – 202201, PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO TANZANIA COST AND PROFIT CENTRE (TCPC) FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2020/2021. Must be delivered to the Office of the Secretary, TAZARA Regional Tender Boarl, Ground floor, roam no. 122, Mandela road, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, before or at 21, September, 2021 at 11:00 hrs. local time. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the TAZARA Regional Conference Room, Room No. 115 & 116 at 1st Floor.

Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tender set opened and not read. out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
