REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Introduction:
ICAP at Columbia University’s Maliman School of Public Health in the recipient of a five-year PEPFAR-funded cooperative agreement beginning in October 2021 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support comprehensive community- and Facility-based HIV and VMMC services in Mwanza region.
Invitation to quotes for office premise to lessee in Mwanza city council:
Sealed offer to Invited for acquiring commercial premise to rent for office use, the premise should have area enough to accommodate approximate 100 to 150 staffs, two conference rooms (small for 10-15 people and big for 100 – 150 people),
parking lots to accommodate 60 vehicles and 3 mobile trucks (40fts). The premises should have a secured concrete fence, grill windows and doors, with CCTV cameras. The premise should be ready to move in a period of not more than a month, having
power backup (generator), kitchen, toilets for ladies and gents (at least 4-5 toilets rooms), emergency exit door, air conditioned,
with proper ventilation. It should be located on a prime area for offices with wide road having good entry access and located centrally to Key government offices, banking services and other office services.
NOTE:
- Interested bidders should submit their tender documents before the deadline.
- The lease period will be annual renewable every year depending on availability of funds.
- Submission should Include pictures of the premises in hard copies or soft copies in storage devices
General Criterial for Submission:
- Submitted Financial Proposal should be valid for at least 90 days and delivery period should be Cleary indicated.
- Current any updated company profile must be submitted.
- Copies of registration certificate and address of their registered office, valid business license, VAT, TMDA. TIN Number, and other relevant documents. For Individual owners submit all legal documentation pertaining to your premise’s ownership.
- Submit Bank Statement Audited financial statement.
- Evidence of similar work/assignment with at least three reference from clients served must be submitted.
- Payment terms must be Indicated.
- The public tender opening will be made in presence of all bidders or their official representatives. We encourage all bidders to attend through zoom conference meeting and Zoom Conference Link will be sent to all applicants.
- MSPH Tanzania reserves the rights to disqualify any offer based on failure to follow solicitation instructions.
- MSPH Tanzania reserves the rights to walve minor proposal deficiencies that cannot be corrected prior to award determination to promote completion.
- The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP Procurement Guidelines.
