INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

1. The Mbozi Coffee Curing Company Limited (MCC Co Ltd) has set aside funds for the provision and supply of various goods and services during the financial year 2023/2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for tender is issued. You are hereby invited to submit. your price quotation as indicated in the following tabulation.

2. Tender will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents. at the office of Procurement Management Unit (PMU), P.o. Box 291, Mbozi District in Songwe Region from 26th May 2023 to 20th June 2023 at 8:00hrs- 16:00hrs on Monday to Friday. Deadline for submission of tender documents will be on 20th June 2023 at 11:00Hrs. Opening ceremony will therefore start on 20th June 2023 at 12:00Hrs.
3. Upon collection of bid documents at PMU office, a non-refundable payments of Tanzania.
   shillings one hundred fifty thousand only (150,000/-) will be paid via our bank accounts. named MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LTD account No. 01J1065190000 CRDB MBOZI BRANCH or account No. 61203500001 NMB MBOZI BRANCH. INSURANCE
4. All bids in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in and enclosed in a plain envelope,
   the outer cover clearly marked specific bid/lot number and name of tender. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at Mbozi Coffee Curing Company Limited Conference Room. All bidders must be registered and having valid business license, VAT and TIN certificate, list of recent performed contracts, and other registration certificates from authorized institutions as instructed in the tender document. 6. Late bids, portions of bids, electronic bids, and bids not received, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
