 Requests the submission of Expressions of Interest from qualifying parties

Bulyanhulu Gold Limited (BGML) is a fully covered subscribe of Twiga Minerals Corporation. Bulynhulu Gold Mine Site is located 45km south of Victoria, in the Kahama District of Shinyanga Region, Northern Tanzania. There are road accesses to the mine from Mwanz .127km to the town of Kahama 84km to the south.

BGML, therefore invites Expression of interest from reputable, experienced and certified companies interested in pre – qualification for inclusion in a tender process for the provision of the below goods / service packages.

The above goods are interested to be awarded through a competitive tendering process in which a restricted number pre-qualified and experienced manufactures of the above specific goods should be invited to receive the tender documents. Please submit an “Expression of interest” (EOI) on your company’s lellerhead if you qualify as per the pre-qualification criteria together with the following additional information and / or document:

• Company profile (s) with tracked experience in cement manufacturing

• Company registration documents i.e. certificate of incorporation, business license, TIN, VRN, Tax Clearance certificated etc.
• Summary pf Court proceedings (pending and completed), Court Judgements and / or insolvency / bank ruptcy proceeding, if any, during the 3 years;

• A written statement indicating Tanzania Ownership percentage, Tanzania management and below management employment percentage to determine classification as an Indigenous Tanzania Company as per Local Content Regulation ,2018;

• Application certification, accodation and affiliated registration as required;

• Indicate the above Reference number and description on your experience of interest submission;

• Buhyanhulu and TCL Service Limited reserve the right to invite any supplier / s which did not submit an EOI submission;

• TCL Services Limited act as the procurement partner for Bulyanhulu and will manage the purchase process between the Chosen supplier and Bulyanhulu;
• TCL Service Limited will be responsible for the execution and implementation of the procurement process with shortlisted companies.

Pre-qualification of any company submitting on “Expression of Interest ” shall be at the sole discretion of Bulyanhulu and TCL Services Limited
