Amercares Foundation Tanzania is seeking qualified vendors for sappy of the following roundly machine at Kibondo District Hospital Region

Specific Instructions:
- All materials must be new and cannot be refurbished or reclaimed.
- Timeline for delivery and installation is not later than 45 calendar days after acknowledgment of receipt of the first installment payment.
- Vendor must confirm availability of in-country machine services and performance monitoring and maintenance requirements/ schedules
- Contractor must include a repair and defect warranty period of 12 months with their bid to cover all supplied machines within the Request for Quotation.
- Arnericares will provide no more than 25% of the hi cost upon signing of the contract/Purchase Order
- Americares staff must be present during delivery for Inspecting and confirming set standard have been met for all delivered items.
- Quote mast be valid for 30 days from time of submission.
Delivery information/Instructions:
- In terns of location, all complete linen washing and Ironing machines should be delivered and installed at Kibondo District Hospital.

- Offers will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specification, qualifications and Experience of the vendor, price, after sale service, delivery time and related criteria.
Submission Deadline:
The quote must be submitted to Amercares Tanzania Office not later than 13 September 2021.
