The Ruangwa District Council has set aside funds towards the cost of Supply of Motor vehicle and motor cycle Spare parts and maintenance, Printing and Photocopy, Supply of Building materials, Supply of Natural gas, Supply of fuel, oil and lubricants, Supply of desks, shelves. tables and chairs, Construction, Completion, rehabilitation and repair of various buildings and civil works and Provision of medical equipment maintenance.
Pre-qualiflcation Will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulations 119 of the Public Procurement Regulation (Goods, Works, Non-Consultancy Services and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Government Notice 446 of 2013 and is open to all fn‘ms and voluntarily formed joint ventures.
Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the Secretary of Tender Board, Ruangwa District Council P.O.Box 51 Ruangwa from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm during office hours. A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by
interested applicants and voluntarily formed joint ventures on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 50,000/=. The method of payment will be cash, bank draft or banker’s cheque to District Executive Director, Ruangwa District Council.
Applications for pre-qualification should be submitted in sealed envelopes delivered to the address above by 11.00 am on Monday 30th September, 2019 and be clearly marked “Application to Pre-qualify for the named description and tender number”.
