Invitation for quotations for letting a social club on plot no. 2341 ufukoni road, upanga – Dar es salaam

1. Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) owns a Social Club located on Plot No. 2341 Ufukoni Road, Upanga in Dar es Salaam. The club (formerly known as Jolly Club) has a lettable area of 2,900 square meters. TPA now intends to lease the club to any party and it hereby invites interested parties to submit priced Quotation for Letting the Social Club for a period of one year from the date of contract signature.
2. Interested eligible Bidders are invited to get further information and a complete set of Tender Document from the office of the Director of Procurement & Contracts, TPA on 26th Floor, Bandari Tower, and 1/2 Sokoine Drive; from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive, except Public Holidays.
3. A complete set of the Tender Document may be obtained by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under Paragraph 4 below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00
4. Tenders in one original plus one copy properly filled and enclosed in plain Envelope marked “Quotation No. AE/016/2018-19/NC/07B FOR LETTING A SOCIAL CLUB ON PLOT No. 2341 UFUKONI ROAD, UPANGA IN DAR ES SALAAM” must be delivered to the address:-

5. Deadline for submission of Tenders will be on 26th July, 2019 at 10.00 am and will be opened promptly thereafter in public at the Conference Room, on the 26th Floor. The Bidders’ representatives are welcome to attend the opening ceremony.
6. Late, partial and electronic quotations, and tenders not opened at the tender opening meeting shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
