INVITATION FOR TENDERS
TENDER NO CDC/136/2019/2020/W/01
- The government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the Chemba DC during the financial year 2019/2020 its intend that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Construction of the Administration office Block for Chemba DC in Dodoma Region
- The Executive Director now invites sealed tender from eligible contractors registered by contractors board registered board in class4 and above for carrying out Supply and Installation of electrical , plumbing, windows, doors, roofing, walling, finishing, painting & decoration and ICT Installation for Chemba DC in Dodoma Region
- Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive bidding specified in the public procurement regulation governance notice no 446 of 2013 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation unless otherwise stated in the tender data sheet
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspection the tendering document at the office of the secretary of the tender board Chemba DC, P.O. BOX 830 Tel 0262963245, time should be from 7:30 – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
- A Complete set of tendering document in English may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above upon payment of non-refundable fee of 100,000/= or its equivalent payment should be either by bank (in bank account or control number)
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender security declaration in the format of the provided in the bidding document ant-bribery policy and special power of attorney with a board of directors resolutions
- Site visit will be held on Friday 3 April 2020 and departure time will be at 9:00 at Chemba DC Office HQ Located in chemba own. All costs associated with transportation to site visit will be covered by tenders themselves
- All tenders in one original copy and 2 copies filled in and enclosed envelopes in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address DC Executive Director, Chemba Dc p.o. box 830 Chemba. And submit to the Procurement Management Unit Office
- The deadline for bid submission will be 16 April 2020 at 10:30 East Africa Local time. Tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at chemba DC
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders tender not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
