BACKGROUND
LSF work closely with the government of Tanzania at all level development partners organization involved in the provisional of legal aid including paralegal services and other like-minded stakeholders through these services individuals and communities are assisted to ensure their social and economic rights are realized grievance redressed disputed resolves and fundamental human rights protected
OBJECTIVE
The overall objective of this consultancy is to develop a 5 years strategic plan in a technically grounded conclusive and participation planning process for the LSF fulfill its vision an mission of access to justice from 2022 – 2026
SCOPE OF THE WORK
a) Review the vision and mission current strategic plan 2016-2021 annual reports, implementation plans policy framework approaches and other relevant documents
b) Through a consultative process and application of appropriate tools identify focus areas and develop strategic against the LSF mandate and the identified strategic objectives and key result areas
c) Review the institution capacity, organizational set up grants management and administrative system against the LSF mandate and the identified strategic adjectives and key results
d) Propose strategic for achieving the strategic objectives and key result through the development of theory of change logical framework results and resources framework
e) Finalize development of strategic plan and submit to LSF
