CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR
SERVICE PROVIDERS TO IMPLEMENT MODERATION OF GIZ ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT EVENTS AND SHORT & LONG-TERM STRATEGIC CONSULTING
BACKGROUND
GIZ is a federally owned enterprise operating worldwide providing international services for sustainable development. Giz WORKS ON BEHALF OF THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT AND SUPPORT THE GOVERNMENT OF Tanzania and East African Community secretarial in achieving their development goals in wide spectrum of thematic areas
PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY
GIZ country office and the various programme (including EAC ) in Tanzania conduct many different events and workshop internally as well as with partners, in future an experienced company with a team of trained moderation shall be contracted to conduct preparation implementation and follow up in addition this company shall also advise GIZ on strategic topics and coach managers and team members in the events of individual needs. Due to the diversity and complexity of the content of the GIZ’s work these task are to be carried out by one contractor in the future, on one hand to preventive inefficient caused by the constant on boarding of new moderator and on the other hand to ensure a deeper relationship of trust between the contractor and the client, which is crucial for some of the services
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
Preparation, moderation and follow-up of GIZ events and workshop for country office and programmes project
- Moderating team building workshop
- Preparation , implementation and follow-up of feedback managers in line with GIZ’s procedures
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of feedback to managers in the line with GIZ Procedures
- Strategy consulting ( such as yearly country planning or selective strategies question) to design and delivering a variety of high profile project across sectors
- Training workshop and master classes
- Conducting individual coaching of managers and staff
AREAS OF IMPLEMENTATION
GIZ cooperation is being implemented with key focus in various regions namely DAR ES SALAAM, Arusha, and Dodoma. The GIZ country office and the various programmers can be extended to other region as deemed necessary
QUANTITY, STRUCTURE AND DURATION
- The complete set of the EoI documents should be in English language
- Maximum page 30
- Sets with more than 30 pages will not be consider for the further process
- The duration shall cover up to one year and is valid until 2021
ELIGIBILITY, EXPERTISE AND DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED
- At least 30 reference projects over period of 5 years with international organization the area of the 5 specific objective and at least 3 reference letter
- Commercial details annual turnover for at least 3 years with a minimum amount of
- financial position audited accounts for the last 2 years
- Certificate of incorporation/company registration documents(TRA,BRELLA Etc)
