TENDER FOR LEASE OF THE COUNCIL PROPERTIES

INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1. The Njombe Town Council intends to lease its properties located in Njombe town.  The properties are leased on as is where is basis and the procuring shall have no further liability during the leasing period
2. The Njombe Town Counci now invites sealed tenders for the lease of the properties mentioned in the table below
3. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive procedure specified in the public procurement regulation 2013 – government notice 446 and public procurement (amended) regulation 2016 government notice 333 and is open to all tenders as defined in the REGULATION
4. Interested tenders may inspect the properties from 10^th March 2020 to 12^th March 2020 from 10:00 am the costs for inspection will be incurred by the lessee.  The properties to be leased are listed below table

5. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from the office of the town director and inspect the tendering document at office of the secretary of the tender board at Lunyanwi area, Njombe Town Council, P.O. BOX 577, Njombe from 9 to 16: 00 HRS on Monday to Friday inclusive except public holiday

6. A complete of set tendering document in English language and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS payment should either be by cash banker draft or banker cheque payable to Town director Njombe Town council

7. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration in an acceptable format

8. All tenders in one original plus 3 copies properl filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address. The town director The Njombe Town Council, Lunyanywi area Lunyanwi area, Njombe Town Council, P.O. BOX 577, Njombe. 23rd March 2020 tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at Njombe Town Council Conference hall

9. Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders not received tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
